I just got a new smart phone which is very recently launched BlackBerry Bold 9000. It is a typical looking PDA from BlackBerry and lets me to use it under both types of available coverages (2G & 3G) so I don’t have to worry about network coverage availability in the area, I am gone visit or will have stay at.

It does not weigh much and carries weight of just 133 gram and at the same time does not cause pain or any streach to my plam for holding it on. With length of just 114 mm and breath at 66 mm, it easily slips into my pocket.
But when I looked at the 2 MP built in camera, I really got disappointed as being a handset which is manufactured by the stalwart, I was expecting it to be studded with a great camera having power of at least 5 MP or more. However, when I saw all other smartphones of this brand, I realized that featuring a low power camera is one of the prime characteristic of BlackBerry handsets.
The BlackBerry Bold 9000 has enlarged 1 GB internal memory and along with that there is also encapsulated 128 MB RAM so not only I can finish my tasks easily with the phone, I can also store the necessary data in it. Further, as I love to enjoy latest music/videos, and is an amature photographer also and keeps taking images and videos on the move. So, for me it was highly essential that the handset, I am going to purchase has an option of extended storage which can be removed too because of privacy issue. Fortunately, Bold 9000 has built in microSD (TransFlash) card slot and supports cards of up to 8 GB which proves handy for me whenever I require additional storage.
As it is from the celebrated smartphone maker, one should not wonder at all that the gimmick’s standard Li-ion battery (1500 mAh), allows me to talk for good period of up to 5 hours and further with 310h of standby time, I don’t have to keep it charging up all the time.
